You may be invited to preview before a product is launched or be on our priority list, especially on special occasions or be invited to some exclusive events in the future.

HOW TO REDEEM

  • Every 50 Happy Smiles can redeem for $1. Every dollar can be used on any of our product on our website.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Currently, there is no expiry date on your Happy Smiles. The more you spend, the more you earned.

  • The shipping fee is excluded from the total spend.

  • Happy Smiles on your birthday are only awarded once per year and are only eligible if account member inputs their date of birthday 30 days prior to the calendar date it falls on. (For example, if the account member's next birthday is May 1st they will need to input that date by April 1st to be eligible for these points during that calendar year)

  • Any spent after you have signed up will be converted.

  • FLOWERS reserves the right to modify or cancel discount codes (dollar or percentage-valued codes) at any time.

  • Each unique discount code (dollar or percentage-valued codes) can only be redeemed once.

  • If you cancel and request a refund of any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit. The used HAPPY SMILES will not be refunded after the cancellation or refund.

  • Happy Smiles cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers or discounts unless otherwise stated

  • HAPPY Smiles are not cash and cannot be exchangeable for cash or credit outside of our online community program.

  • Our Club is open to public and corporate.

  • This Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time. By joining the CLUB, you are agreeing to the terms of the Privacy Policy, and you undertake to review those terms, as such may be amended from time to time.

  • We reserve the right to determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, whether Happy Smiles should be applied to an account and to adjust your account accordingly. You acknowledge that any such determination by us will be final and binding.
